Transfer Slowdown
This week (apart from the GridPP 18 meeting) I have been trying to complete the transfer tests, but am getting terrible rates out of RAL. The CERN Network Stats To RAL Don't look too excessive:

Update from Andrew Sansum: I'm afraid that the out bound link is 100% saturated at 1Gb/s at the RAL site firewall. This is mainly caused by the CMS transfer tests. There are no immediate fixes other than throttling CMS (which we are of course loath to do). I've started discussing the issue with networking - but to be honest we are all waiting for the 10Gb line to be commissioned which is likely to happen before the end of the month.
So... I've suspended dteam testing from RAL
